Admin is the job we take off you
Most trade owners I talk to are good at the work and booked out. What wears them down is everything around it. The missed calls. The quotes written at 9pm. The follow-ups that never get sent. The invoices nobody chases.
The usual fix is an office person or a VA. That helps, but someone still has to train them, check their work and cover for them when they are away. That someone is usually the owner.
Buildcrew is my answer to that. An assistant on your WhatsApp that works inside the software you already use, and does the admin from the first enquiry to the paid invoice.
